What are my loyalty benefits?

The longer you stay a member without a break, the more you get back: £5 off your monthly bill for every continuous year, priority on waitlists and, on selected memberships, travel/holiday pauses at no charge.

The discount

£5 off per month for every continuous year, with no cap: 2 years is £10 off, 5 years is £25 off, 11 years is £55 off. It applies automatically on Gymnasium and Plus memberships. On Delta or Limited memberships, loyalty time still builds even though the discount only applies once you switch to Gymnasium or Plus.

Travel/holiday pauses

2+ years: up to 2 weeks a year. 4+ years: up to 4 weeks a year. Taken in 1-week blocks, resetting annually. Request via Member Support.

Waitlist priority

Tenure is factored in when we offer waitlist spaces.

What protects your loyalty

Pausing, for any approved reason, doesn't break your continuous membership; time just doesn't accrue while you're paused. Cancelling resets it to zero if you rejoin later.

Your membership profile in the Gymnasium app shows your loyalty status, or ask Member Support to confirm.
