Can I train with an injury?

In most cases, yes. Tell your coach before class and they'll adapt the movements so you can keep training safely around it, so you don't need to sit out.

If it's more serious

Book a short chat with a coach to talk through adaptations, or consider a Rehab membership: reduced classes and Open Gym access, up to 2 months, for monthly members.

If you need time off entirely

A pause is available: minimum 4 weeks, maximum 6 weeks, and you'll need a written Fit to Return note (GP, physio, osteopath or chiropractor) before restarting. See pause my membership for the full policy.

Common conditions

Bad backs, knees and shoulders can usually still train with modifications. Coaches actively correct technique and offer alternatives throughout every session, so you won't be left without an option.
