How does the class waitlist work?

If a class is full, join the waitlist in the app. You'll be moved into the class automatically if a space opens, and notified when it happens.

More than 2 hours before the class

A space that opens up gets filled automatically: the next person on the waitlist is promoted straight into the class. Once you're promoted, it's a confirmed booking and standard cancellation rules apply.

Within 2 hours of the class

The system doesn't auto-promote this close to start time. Instead you'll get a notification that a space is available, offered first-come, first-served. If you don't take it, you keep your existing place on the waitlist.

Overnight (10pm–5am)

Between 10pm and 5am, the system automatically promotes waitlisted members into any spaces that open up, and you'll get a notification either way.

Note: If you're not sure you'll check your bookings first thing in the morning, remove yourself from the waitlist before 10pm to avoid being promoted into a class you can't make.

A promotion is a confirmed booking

Whether it happens overnight or during the day, being promoted from the waitlist counts as booking the class, so late-cancel and no-show fees apply the same as any other booking.
